Important: MyTraderDiary is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading involves risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate account information; (b) maintain the security of your password; (c) not use the Service for any illegal purpose. You are responsible for all content you upload (screenshots, notes, trade data).

4. Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your trading data and screenshots are stored securely and are not shared with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Subscription & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You may cancel anytime; no refunds for partial billing periods. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the current period.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accuracy of analytics. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or trading losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
